Starting a new ILS

Starting a new ILS was created by Curious
I know that there are a ton of ILS' that already exist.

However, I was thinking of starting a new ILS.

Any advice on how one goes about getting basic information for apartments nationwide: Name, Address, URL

Would I license that data from a big ILS?

I'm fairly certain that some new ILS's have scraped the data from others.

I'll contact some of the big ones to see if they license data.
