Mr. Meredith joined George Smith Partners in 2015 and brings over 20 years of commercial lending and banking experience. He focuses on delivering solutions to address his clients’ real estate capital requirements and arranges structured financing for commercial and multifamily properties, including acquisition, refinance, construction, bridge, permanent, mezzanine, participating debt, and joint venture equity.

Samantha is the newest member to join LTM as an account director. During her nine years in multifamily, she learned to blend the art of marketing, branding and lead generation. In her free time, Samantha spends a lot of time walking with her doggies. She loves traveling with her husband, finding new and fun restaurants in Denver, drinking good wine and teaching herself to cook traditional Indian cuisine ...and anything else that sounds yummy!
