I made the move to the tech world after a fruitful career overseeing operations, sales and client services for high profile apartment developments including the nation’s largest and most expensive private student housing asset to date -- valued at $350 million. I made a name for myself in the multifamily housing industry thanks to my knack for mass marketing and taking new construction properties into stabilized occupancy. I’ve accumulated over 13 years of experience in property management; spanning 30 states and 40+ markets. Finding businesses the right customer is kinda my thing. Bourbon-aided brainstorm sessions with the best team I could ask for doesn’t hurt either.
