Wanda Harland is the Director of Compliance and Training for Block Multifamily Group, LLC (BMG). She is responsible for ensuring, maintaining and monitoring BMG's Affordable Housing Program compliance.
Before joining BMG, she was the director of compliance for Bristol Properties and was a also a Compliance Officer and Compliance Supervisor with Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC).
Wanda works in the areas of HOME, LIHTC, RD and AHAP housing programs and has experienced a wide variety of compliance related issues. In addition, Wanda's experience in the private sector focused in the area of compliance training, mediation of non-compliance resolutions between management and state agencies and policy implementation.
