What's a lease up tracker?

Jude Chiy it would be a way to track daily, weekly, and monthly leasing activity and compare it to the leasing velocity goals in order to hit our stabilization date. We have it broken down into how many leads, tours, and apps we need weekly to hit this and want to automate our report to pull this data.
