Chad has been buying, selling, rehabbing, flipping, and managing rental properties since 2006. Chad has managed major property renovations ranging from entry-level condominiums to million dollar luxury homes. An investor himself, Chad enjoys assisting clients make the most of their renovations to maximize the return of investment on their residential investment properties.
Chad joined Vestis Group in 2012 as a Residential Investment Specialist. Prior to joining Vestis Group, Chad had been with the largest attorney services firm in the state for 11 years as Assistant Director where he supervised company operations and implemented training programs for all new employees.
An Arizona native, Chad attended Arizona State University, and currently resides in Phoenix with his wife and two children. In addition, Chad enjoys coaching his son s teams in baseball, soccer, and basketball.
