As a financial adviser with both Edward Jones Investments and VALIC Financial Advisors I managed, maintained and serviced a client base of more than 2,000 educators, school administrators, government officials and city government workers. During my tenure with Edward Jones I managed a branch office responsible for all P&L functions, marketing, budget and account services. In addition to networking & prospecting, I advised clients on investments, created financial plans and conducted workshops and training seminars.
I have been actively involved in the Atlanta real estate market since 1993. I have been qualifying broker and managing partner of Oracle Realty Professionals, LLC. Broker/Owner Oracle One Realty Corporation (DBA Century 21 Washington Group). I have also worked as a commercial real estate broker with Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate & United Multi-family and was a top producer at ReMax for several years.
As a managing broker I recruited, trained and supervised agents and office support staff. I have extensively experience as a foreclosure listing broker and in the REO (Real Estate Owned) segment. Representing banks and asset management clients including; Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Veterans Administration, HUD, Keystone Asset Management Company, First Investors, Source One, Capstone Financial, Capital One and countless others. Facilitated and acted as listing broker and property manager working directly with various lenders performing many varied duties such as; preliminary property screenings, negotiating cash for keys settlements, market analysis, comparable rents surveys, and demand analysis.
