She has a diverse background in business management, start-up, sales, marketing, team building, and leadership development. Her career over the years has combined multifamily housing and retail management and responsibility of showcase properties – including but not limited to designing models, naming campaigns, marketing plans, and implementations, and lease-ups. Sheila obtained her CPM designation in 2003 and has played an active role in HIF committees and local apartment associations.
