I am a Property Management professional with a background in Multi-Family, HOA and Hotel Management. Currently, I am a Vice President of Associa Principal Management Group of Houston.
As an executive member of the leadership team, I execute the company’s cascaded business objectives, utilizing a combination of personal accountability, leadership and empowerment. Oversight of the day-to-day operations providing strategic planning, business development and strengthening client retention efforts. I take an active role in providing leadership and guidance to management staff ensuring support to build and maintain relationships with at risk clients, support brand advocates, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
I have extensive experience in operations within the multifamily real estate industry and have held leadership positions with some of the nation’s best-known property management firms. My experience covers all residential asset classes including new construction/lease-ups, mid-rise luxury mixed-use developments, conventional. garden-style properties, military, distressed and repositioned value added projects. Most of these assets were located in urban, infill locations within major metropolitan markets.
I bring over 20+ years of Operational Management experience. I offer a strong business oriented philosophy which enables me to use my empowering management style to achieve desired results. I have extensive experience with building teams through all phases of recruiting, hiring, mentoring, monitoring progress and termination of subordinates, if necessary.
