I am hard working, fast learning and super motivated. I've learned to work under pressure in very complex situations. Being in management at a very young age you have to be a team player and know how to accept authority. Property management is primarily about listening and connecting with prospective residents as well as the staff you’re leading. Being an effective leader is more than sales and customer service but it’s ensuring your employees keep the integrity of the business intact. I don’t see this as a job, but as an opportunity to learn more and to pass it on to help develop my fellow workers as well as to ensure the residents have a safe and thriving environment. I will do anything I can do to make this community a success.
