For the past eleven years, i've worked exclusively in the LIHTC seniors & multifamily development industry, as the regional construction/capital projects director for a nationwide equity investor-partner. I am currently Principal of MGM Asset Services, which provides oversight of capital projects, physical needs assessments and property condition reporting. I've overseen the development and capital project needs of more than 200 Tax Credit multi-family & seniors projects in a five state region.
