If you had 60 seconds to pitch your community to a prospective resident, what would you highlight first?

Guest Insider One thing I have learned in sales is the value that you create. I would pitch, ME! All communities share the same identical value, a home to feel safe and a comfortable place to create memories. The only difference is YOU. My services would be the benefits of of leasing in my community. My first sentence would be: Welcome to your community, how can I be of service to you today?

Cameron Cross I think you're definitely on to something here. What I love to tell sales teams when I talk to them for the first time is the reality is, sales is becoming more of a relationship-driven endeavor. Get to know your prospects - Meet them where they are.
