After 15 years of staffing and recruiting management, I made a career change that is proving to be a great move. The skill set required to be a good property manager is very similar to the skills needed for the staffing industry. With sales as my strong point, leasing comes natural. Now my challenge is to learn the accounting systems and reporting for the P & L.
