I began my real estate career in 1985 as a part time residential real estate investor, purchasing and operating single family and townhouse properties in the rental market. Following this, I was instrumental in syndicating an opportunity, with other investors, to purchase undeveloped land and managing the development of a small retail mall.
I became a licensed real estate agent in Virginia in 2002, assisting sellers and buyers with their properties. I am also a Commercial Property Inspector, inspecting offices, multi-family residential units, retail malls, hospitality properties, etc. for various banks and Fannie Mae.
I currently manage the acquisitions for RP Investments in US cities. I reside with my wife, family, and two pets in Northern Virginia.
