Colin Edelstein joined NorSouth Construction in 2011 as Director with a specific emphasis on predevelopment service, client relationships, and business development. Recently Colin, as a 3rd party development consultant, and NorSouth Construction, as a 3rd party general contractor, were awarded the 2010 EarthCraft Multifamily Project Team of the Year award for its work on Adamsville Green Senior, an age-restricted rental community. Adamsville Green was also awarded the 2010 EarthCraft Multifamily Project of the Year Award.
In 1999, Colin started his career in multifamily development and has been involved in the development of over 6,000 units throughout the southeast.
