For many years I have originated multifamily loans for major lending institutions. I am now the Multifamily Lending Manager in charge of ReNew Lending Inc.'s multifamily lending division. We focus on government backed financing programs and provide refinances, purchases and construction loans. Currently we are licensed with loan approval authority for multifamily loans in California and Nevada however we are currently working with HUD and FHA to lend in other states. I have a State of California registered Lobbyist and have my own lobbying firm called Tobe Advocates. My sole client/employer is Apartment Advocates which focuses on issues pertaining to apartments.
