The following will give you a little idea on what we are doing in the market currently:
• We have closed 150 million in deals in the last 90 days
• Bridge/Mezz on cash flowing multiple tenant assets (Multi-Family, Office, Retail, Industrial/Warehouse, Hospitality) between 80%-90% LTC/LTV
• Acquisition of Notes, REO's and distressed assets (we will also lend on note purchases)
• Markets- North East, South East, Mid Atlantic
• Size- $3M to $20M on any one deal
• Terms no longer than 3 years
• No Land and No Construction
We now lend Nationwide. Our minimum loan amount for the West Coast is $8-10million.
We also can provide bridge lending for a HUD approved multi family loan that is waiting for HUD to process and fund the loan.
