Prepare and maintain operating budgets, calculate deficit funding and reserve
analysis figures, assist with sales/leasing within the communities, manage
collections processing, negotiate various contracts to ensure best pricing and
service, schedule and prepare mailings for annual, budget and board meetings in
accordance with current statutory requirements as well as compose all meeting
agendas, notices and meeting minutes.
* Manage routine and major maintenance for building and grounds; coordination
of special and capital improvement projects from bidding through completion
* Process all association payables to ensure on-time payments, maintain
official records and homeowner files.
* Provide monthly financials, monitor association money markets and CDs to
maximize current interest rates.
* Ensure association’s insurance, permits, licensing and inspections are kept
current including pool, elevator, corporate reports, condominium fees and
termite bonds.
* Coordinate and support communication between board of directors, homeowners, vendors and management.
