With over 15 years of executive management, financial analysis, capital raises, administration and customer behavior analysis experience, and previously in the role as CFO for a retail healthcare company, I was responsible for all financial and administration aspects of the business which included responsibility for the customer loyalty program. In this role, I was responsible for analyzing customer feedback data to understand how the data translated to customer behavior. I am responsible for the development, marketing, and implementation of Ellis’ new Customer Experience Platform. EPMS’ Resident Feedback (Survey) product, through a multiple-step process, captures the Customer Experience as a whole.
