As a former S&L Asset manager, I evolved into performing ESA's and PCA's and owner's representation. I have corporate experience from EMG, business development for a GC, acquired and renovated hotels and worked for an architectural firm on a project in Abu Dhabi.
My focus is on the acquisition, assessment and rehabilitation of existing in-fill commercial real estate; acquisition, rehabilitation, renovation and facility management for any type of commercial real estate. Using my value engineering capabilities and years of experience as a contractor, architect and developer I provide quality consulting services to clients from initial inception through final facility management.
