Marketing is evolving at a breakneck pace, so we are tracking what strategies are most effective, and how have they changed from last year. We are looking to assess what trends are taking place in apartment marketing, and what methods are working the best.

With COVID-19, how we interact with prospects has changed dramatically. Suddenly, self guided tours, virtual tours, and video tours became a forefront of the touring process for many communities, so we are digging into how different companies are utilizing these different touring options.
Even before the pandemic shut down many community amenities, Concierge and Service Amenities were taking off. From valet trash to watering plants, apartment communities have a long list of service amenities to choose from to add value to their community. That’s why we’re digging in deeper to see which Concierge/Service Amenities are most widely used and which one may have just been a passing fad.
