Welcome to our discussion section on hiring. As the current discussion leader, I want to open up the forum to any questions to see where we can take the topic. This could include interview techniques, interview questions, what is important in writing an ad, mediums for ad placement, reviewing resumes and selecting candidates for interivew, resume content and analysis, asking the right question to get the desired answer, body language recogniation, interview follow-up, or anything else you may want to review.
This discussion topic covers many areas and can be looked at from the standpoint of both someone being interviewed and those that conduct interviews.

First of all, I want to thank Larry for taking charge as the Conversation Leader on this subject! I think you have listed some fantastic topic ideas, and I like how you mentioned both sides of the equation: topics that would be interesting to both the employer and the job hunter.
