I loved Valerie's question on the latest trends. Along those lines, what communication trends are you seeing? Are residents texting the office? Does your community have a Facebook page? What new communication techniques are your leasing specialists suggesting?

We have a student community in Carbondale, Ill. and as of late Facebook seems to be the communication medium of choice. Beyond that we are moving into chat, text, blogs and video chat.
All that being said, email and telephone are still the primary sources of communication.
