I think until we see some real job growth and thus household formation, apartment operations will suffer. That is not to suggest that all boats will fall with a sinking tide. The ocean still produces waves during low tide and I think those who offer an excellent product backed up by excellent service will ride this one out - even in the eyes of the analyst.
