It may be no surprise, but the Multifamily Insiders Jobline feature has been the 2nd most popular component on the website since we started! We've gotten results from those who have posted jobs that in some instances, they have gotten dozens of resumes in a matter of days.

However, it appears the job seekers still far outnumber the jobs available. Although that's not completely shocking, given the economy, we still think there are more open jobs out there. So if you have a job or know of someone who is trying to fill a position, please know that you can submit a job on Multifamily Insiders for FREE!

This function is insanely great. We were sourcing for several maintenance tech positions recently and tried MFI's jobline for the first time. Within minutes we had two resumes and within the first 24 hours we had more than enough leads to fill the positions. The response was almost overwhelming.

After posting a Community Manager position and Leasing Specialist position here on MFI we ended up with a 2-inch stack of resumes. As the post is syndicated to Craigslist we did get a number of applicants with no industry experience, but it was nice to see. I will definitely post to the Jobline again when we have a need.

We hire for positions in 6 states currently and I posted an ad on here. We've gotten a TON of responses and have made great connections through it. I highly recommend using the jobline function!
