Any great advice or tips to help Organize maintenance Work Order Management System and make readys? Other than the usual make ready board? What techniques have worked the best for your community?
We use happy co for our work orders and our make readys. So happy co works in conjunction with yardi, so I can see in yardi and happy co what is being on the work order side. While we do keep a make ready board in our office so that leasing can physically see what they have by one look at the board, happy co provides move out inspections, which leads to them scheduling vendors for the make ready, it also has the pre move out or move in inspection with pictures, it also has the final touches of a sparkle clean inspection. So we are able to track from pre move out inspection, to move out inspection, to scheduling vendors, to the sparkle inspection. Works great easy to work with and flows with rental software

It also helps when you do the final move out statement because you already have your pictures up loaded in happy co and if a resident wants to fight the charges you can pull the inspection up it can also be printed so this comes in handy
