GOOD LUCK. We used to have drivers DUMP packages behind our office instead of delivering to the residents’ doors like they’re supposed to and nobody would do anything.
I drove to my local warehouse and spoke to a supervisor who gave me the route manager. I know have a contact who comes and picks up the packages that are dumped in our parcel room or left outside the office doors. It has been a blessing. Good luck! I know know why my Prime fees keep increasing... They are the worst.
I assure you that no matter what you do, the first line of contact is 2 tiers of robot answering services. After giving up, then you will go to Amazon website, and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page so you can click on the contact us button. After clicking the link, an email form will open where you can type in your complaint.
And between 48 and 96 hours later, you will receive a response email from a human being.
They will not do anything. I've tried so many times to report an Amazon driver while I was in DC who would just leave the packages in random places and refused to put them in the package lockers.
