This is not related specifically to property management but rather a skill that we all should do better with. “The Lost Art of Listening”. Easy and relatable reading.

"I'm OK - You're OK", the basis of Transactional Analysis. You're going to be dealing with people...a lot.

"The Property Management Tool Kit" by Mike Beirne is a highly recommended read. It offers practical advice and strategies for effectively managing residential properties, covering topics from tenant relations to maintenance and financial management. This book is known for its straightforward approach, making it accessible for beginners while providing valuable insights for seasoned professionals.
