Curious to see what you are all using as far as a mobile texting option is concerned. We currently use the yardi suite and our users would like the ability to text the residents on the go, rather than refreshing their CRM queue. The CRM mobile app crashes often, and that’s because we allow our users to see all of our properties in the database. Any phone options out there that mask to your already existing landlines?
I should preface- I do want all communication to be tracked within our current systems too.
AppFolio has a great texting service built in and the mobile app for managers is great. My current company uses Relate 24/7 for texting and mass email notifications
Whatever you use, data integrity is important, so it needs to connect to your CRM so your lead reporting is accurate and includes all communications.
I wonder if you can create a secondary mobile login so just that property shows on the app and it can run more smoothly?
Brooke Nuber-Soldate you make a solid point that I forgot to add! I want texting badly but if it’s not integrated then it’s just another system to manage keeping documentation from to ensure fair housing is managed too.
