Navigating DEI Fatigue: Strategies for Advocacy Without Alienation

One of the key takeaways from one of the many sessions I attended:::

Many of us are far more interested in “listen to me and my viewpoint” vs listening to other’s opposing ideas

When you’re focused on active listening, you will *without a doubt* gain valuable insights from the conversation and experience. Your mindset will have the potential to change. This is one of the most important aspects of learning through communication. Use every opportunity to educate yourself, and learn from others.

Marci French, It was the perfect session to end on (my last session) but the session topic is definitely first not last. Great job!

This is great! And on a related note, I heard rave reviews about how some of the sessions were positioned on the expo floor this year.
