Hey Multifamily Fam! Looking to see what some of the small to midsize PM companies out there are charging as "Fee for Service" platform items (thinking DD, marketing audits, micro/macro market surveys, ancillary leasing, etc.) Looking to compare some of the pricing items that we're getting bids on.
