Oldie but goodie of our team pulling off a virtual paint and sip.....the artist embraced the idea of painting our fave skyline, the Downtown Winston-Salem skyline and was able to pull it off with primary colors only (huge costs saving as we purchased the supplies and delivered to doors) This was the height of the "pivot" and this team pictured here pulled out all the stops to continue resident engagement.
He’s ten and sometimes I think he just isn’t listening. Then I see him prepping for his seed game, creating a playbook for his team and I see two things: Slow and steady wins the race (my advice to myself when I’m attempting to avoid a knee jerk reaction vs a well executed response). He’s heard me say this many times.
So grateful for the MFI community and everything that I have gained as a result of being a part of this property management networking group. Most days it goes so far beyond networking.
