True story: senior building with a waitlist. We had one of the ladies pass away and despite being able to contact something like 30 people, they all chose first refusal rather than move in to the unit. They were all part of the same community and were *certain* it was haunted. We did consider what budgetary item an exorcist might fall under, and I was looking up potential leads. We had someone from outside of that community take the unit. She has reported no ghosts.

hmmm sounds fishy - Stayed 1/2 a night, Laying on floor? Doesn't sound like they really moved in if they were on floor? Noise sounded like an off balance washer. Typical apartment noises really. Would love to see if any paranormal investigators really came. Or if she got her deposit back.

I feel like that could be re-rented in a hot minute with the proper advertising: "Ghosts live rent free", "Why settle for normal, when you can have paranormal?"...
