Simply, Covid happened. It was (basically) an appeal. Res was a no-show. Gotta love it.

In Moreno Valley, CA (where most of my property is) the court is taking a month to enter information just to start an eviction... We just got our doc's back on an eviction packet we sent in on October 5th... I have 2 evictions going right now. 😔
