If these people would double check their math their "Pay-Stubs" would look a little bit better...
Please tell me I'm not the only that gets these people that Deamnd their Non-Refundable Application fee back after you have processes their application and you find: They don't make 2x the rent, they are paying the where they are at 20 days late, and are only paying a portion of the rent... You gotta love these people.

We have a 42 yo lady applying to rent with her Daughter in law... Her two under ages sons and grandson will also be living in the house but NOT the 20ish yo father of the grandson... BS but whatever... I ask for a tenant ledger from the complex shes at and she sends me the General Ledger below lol. When I open the pdf it is fillable... lol. After search for the real managers number the lady says...On today's episode of I am a house for rent...

We have a 62yo man who was blowing my phone up talking about He wants to rent the house for 6 adults. I insist everyone comes at once to see it the house. He comes alone to see the house, he says oh no. It's just gonna be 4 of us. The other ones had to work this that and the other when they apply. Now it's only 3 people. Yet he's a commercial driver. When I ask Why do you have an id if you're a commercial driver? He wants to argue with me.... When I look up the address of the house he was living in it shows all his brothers, sisters and adult nephews and nieces. No thank you...
