Monday morning eviction court should be outlawed.

Guest Insider Where I am, they won't do Monday's. Tuesday seems to be the day I always get, and with a Tuesday hearing and 10-day appeal window, they get nearly 2-weeks to appeal before I can file for the constable. Monday hearings would allow me to file with the constable on Friday and he could evict the Monday 10 days later, at 3-weeks, but because of the 10-day periods, Tuesday means a nearly 4-week process.

Reba Shahan Simply, Covid happened. It was (basically) an appeal. Res was a no-show. Gotta love it.

Jose Maciel In Moreno Valley, CA (where most of my property is) the court is taking a month to enter information just to start an eviction... We just got our doc's back on an eviction packet we sent in on October 5th... I have 2 evictions going right now. ????
