David Troup I dealt with Wash years ago (when they used to be called Web) and was happy. So recently, when laundry contracts expired at two of my properties, I switched from CSC (who is terrible) to Wash.
It’s been a year now and I couldn’t be happier. And the income is much higher which tells me that CSC was ripping us off.

Megan Goodmundson My opinion is that laundry isnt a huge source of revenue but it can be a huge expense to maintain/ purchase equipment, especially for smaller unit #s. So just let the contractor carry the expense of the machines. Budget almost nothing for revenue. If you end up getting revenue then rhats a bonus.
In shopping for a contractor one thing to think about is how they will provide you with data on usage and income.
