Is anyones property working with that company called "flex" basically it splits their rent up and flex makes the full payments directly to the community?

So all of you people involved with this conversation about the flex company that splits your. Rent, have you all had problems with it? I've been out of my apartment for 2 months and still trying to get my rent money back.
