Good tips! Here is another good idea - Look where you Live! If you are renting an apartment - show your interest! That is how I have found 3 of my best leasing agents ever. II had a new move in come in asking to make copies of her resume - I inquired as to what sort of job she was looking for and talked to her about the openings I had. She wanted to apply for cleaning position but I told her she would make a great Leasing Agent. She didnt have confidence in herself but I saw it in her. She is a PM now! I remember when her husband thanked me profusely for believing in her and giving her a chance in leasing with no experience. You just have to be that special type of people person!!!! And another good one - Check with your local apartment association where you live or where you wanting to live. That is a great resource too!
