Does anyone have any suggestions of how we can improve this space? It's an elevator lobby in our garage. I thought about a seating area, but I don't want people really hanging out here. A dog wash station was not approved. We already have vending machines. Any other ideas for this space?

Personally, would put an announcement Wall and shout outs for birthdays

The walls need *color* some type of artwork, I agree with a bookshelf, and or a community event board.

Is there wifi in this space? Announcement screen would actually light this space up and grab your residents' attn while they're coming in and out/waiting for the elevator.
