I have a silly question, does anyone’s company allow them to wear jeans to the office? Is it only certain days, do you have to wear a branded t shirt on those days?
Anyone whose company allows you to wear jeans styled nicely any time you’d like, have you noticed any negative feedback from residents or prospects?

Guest Insider Depends on the properties and clientele. One of our pms for student props wears what students wear including torn jeans with holes on knees. Other pm for student props is always tasteful casual. Never jeans. The company owners and trustees seem to gravitate towards the casual tasteful dresser when visiting office. You have 2 clients. Owners and residents.

Guest Insider You may be able to recoat them with some sort of product for that material?
I'm not sure, but worth a try to see if they make like a cast iron or similar type of coating for high Temps and cooking.
