I sent my fourth work order (the first one was sent in November of 2023) for this issue, to the apartment maintenance team where I live ~~~ "The security light fixture on the balcony of building 2, facing building 4 is misdirected into my bedroom window. This is a SECURITY LIGHT that was directed to the sidewalk going to the pool. I really do not need security in my bedroom! Please redirect it. This is my fourth request. Yes, I was being a bit sarcastic! However ~~ this work order was completed within an hour of sending it! I think my comment about not needing security in my bedroom did the trick!

I am wondering if there is anyone who is using a ai chat, that will nurture leads, that integrates with Entrata AND works well with podded communities that have 1 central leasing office.
We currently use Resmate and they are amazing with our communities that have 1 property working out of the leasing office, but how we are mainly operate is 2-5 communities that works out of one leasing office. So it creates more...Good Morning and Happy RPM Week!
