New ai is terrific

I’ve never used them but have only heard great things.

I love using them. Accounting is tough, still getting used to it after 4 years, but that might just be me, lol.

As an accountant, the AppFolio software is amazing. I can run all the reports I need, customize them etc. easy to communicate with tenants.

Wonderful easy to use product. Limited integrations and fairly basic reporting but I would go with AppFolio or Yardi over RealPage ANYDAY

Very easy to navigate, I love it!

Entrada is better! Appfolio is easy to learn and use BUT has some not so forgiving issues such as lease changes once it is signed!

Mass Texting/emailing as well as individual ones very easy
User friendly & customizable reports
Service request filtering easy to find stuff
Accounting functions all pretty intuitive

AppFolip is amazing! It is very efficient, you can manage email/text blasts, leasing management and so much more in one system. Report customization is great. They have such a great support system if you have any technical difficulties or are learning the system. It is very user friendly. Ive had people cry about being AppFolio on the beginning and then they love it! I miss AppFolio. Hope this helps.

What core software would you be switching from?

Take a look at ResMan! It’s intuitive, easy to use at all levels, great reporting and support that’s off the charts. PM me if interested!

Accounting is difficult, but it’s honestly a really easy system for property managers to navigate, for owners to view reports, for tenants to navigate, etc.

Zero marketing integrations

I loved everything about it. User friendly! Very user friendly and easy to fix errors.

Good software but they don't integrate with other apps or companies.

A lot of my clients use Appfolio! I work in HR in PM and it's easy for even me to use! I use it specifically for billing back and allocating payroll and benefits cost. Reports are easy to find. Everything is easy to enter. I've had to use other systems as well. this has been the most user friendly imo.
