8:18am - Resident leaves me a message on Voicemail to call her because her AC isn’t working
8:21am - Same resident leaves voicemail for my boss to call her because I had not returned her call yet and that is “rude” of me!

Ahhhh just got chewed out by a resident who can’t get the laundry machine to work because the message she’s getting is that her card has “insufficient funds”. Happy Thursday!! ????
