Thank you for your inquiry and information. Management is aware of the situation and has followed proper procedure. We will handle everything and thank you for your attention to this matter.
There’s really not much you can say. Acknowledging to resident A that resident B has an ESA or service animal basically makes a nod to resident resident B that they have a disability.
In very general terms state that according to the law some people require a reasonable acomidation and sometimes this allows tenants who ask for an accommodation and provide documentation for the accommodation we have to legally follow. That is the law and our company policy. But leave it generic and to the facts, no specifics at all!
Thank you for your concern. We are aware of this situation. Please note that we are following all regulations stated in our lease agreements with all residents.
Thank you! Bye!!
Get to know your neighbors. I'm not allowed to tell you personal information about anyone, just like I'm now allowed to tell anyone else personal details about you. If you want to know, ask them. If they're willing to tell you, they will.
