I don’t think breed restrictions make too much sense, but unless insurance companies eliminate the restrictions, we can’t eliminate it.

Check with your provider - many large companies have eliminated breed restrictions from their policies - and some states, like CO, have passed legislation prohibiting insurers from having restrictions.

We didn’t have them previously. When we changed insurance, they required we restrict by breed. I don’t support the idea. Dogs aren’t the problem.

It’s such a good business decision and makes for happier more loyal residents! Pet rent and fees will double. Damages will not. We have been doing this for some time. Best decision I made.
