If you're on-site - is it through driving revenue, having good reviews online, hearing positive feedback from your team, or providing an exceptional customer experience? Value means different things to different people, and I'd love to hear what your perspective is!

I define it as what drives you... What matters most... It's significance, meaning, purpose, and importance. So when I see anyone talking about increasing value, I'm looking for the root of what they're attaching that value to: is it people, is it purpose, or is it profits?
