I received an email today from a landscape company asking if they could bid for service.
Problem: They’re already my current vendor!????‍♂️

Guest Insider As a vendor… I have done this. We use Salesforce and after searching the property name with out THE in front of the name I was like awesome let me email them. After they came back and said they were a customer I went back and was like why are they not in our system. They were with the word the in the front of their name.
From now on… I search all the properties that start with THE before emailing.
We make mistakes too.

Jamie Phillips I totally understand what you mean. This particular individual happened to be driving by, got our information and did his job. I couldn’t help but laugh and I had to call him to tell him. He got a good laugh out of it as well.
