Angela FielderThank you. May I ask how many units you have and how many leasing? Just wondering if it's different for smaller properties vs larger.
Bristina VoelkelAngela Fielder no worries! We have 333 units. It’s myself, my assistant and two leasing
Guest InsiderAs a general rule, commissions are paid to whomever tours first, but many managers, especially at larger properties, pass those off to the sales team. Small sites, with 1-4 people, managers are showing more and should get commissions if they're touring and working files. "If they are working those files" being the key here.
Guest InsiderAbsolutely. Whether you’re the housekeeper, the regional, or anything in between—If you lease an apartment, you should get the commission.
Angela FielderThank you everyone. I agree that if they are touring and then working the file they should get commission.
Guest InsiderOur Managers only get lease renewals 😊
