James Shannon Eh, the request is more than likely coming from management or ownership.
They have the right to make that request and the tenants have to follow it or face the consequences.
Is it legal, yea. Is it moral, not really. But the situation got taken care of either way

Guest Insider These people are small minded . These people cared about the community . One reason I refuse to work at luxury apartments I like my residents to feel a ownership to their homes and that’s why mine never leave

Guest Insider on the flip side, this story is very one sided. The garden potentially could have been attracting unwanted pests (rats specifically) which could be a much bigger issue. I certainly understand ownership did not respond…..just trying to see both sides.
